At Acoufelt, growth isn’t just about expanding our product offerings; it’s about building a dynamic team that drives innovation and delivers exceptional soft architectural acoustic solutions. With that focus, Acoufelt is excited to announce key additions within the last few months across several departments, including Sales, Design & Engineering, Product, and Marketing, that will expand our capabilities.
Acoufelt’s Outside Sales team is growing with seven strategic hires to support expanding markets. Our newest team members include Regional Sales Managers Josie West (Greater Houston, Louisana, Mississippi), Su Sazama (Southern California), Sanjoli Joshi (Northern California), Kyla Peterson (Minnesota, Iowa, South Dakota, and North Dakota), and Juliet Lewis (Central Texas), along with Regional Sales Directors Sarah Allen (West) and Erica Kitchings (Southwest). Additionally, Steve Teebagy has been promoted to Regional Sales Director (East).
With a wealth of experience in design and sales, this team is committed to fostering strong relationships with architects and designers. Their expertise will provide valuable insights into Acoufelt’s innovative acoustic solutions, helping shape the future of soundscaping in commercial spaces.
“These talented professionals bring a wealth of experience and creativity to Acoufelt,” said Andrew White, Director of Outside Sales at Acoufelt. “Their addition to the team underscores our commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences while meeting the growing demand for our products.”
Likewise, the Inside Sales team at Acoufelt has grown with the addition of five talented new members, Darrin Livengood, Rylan Truan, Carol Stambaugh, Colton Randal, and Kasey Konkus, strengthening Acoufelt’s ability to drive sales.
These team members, with the rest of the Inside Sales team, focus on continuing our strong client relationships, managing construction documents from bid to project handoff, and coordinating with subcontractors and general contractors to meet budgets and timelines. This expansion reflects our commitment to meeting growing demand while maintaining the high standards our partners expect.
Additionally on the sales front, Acoufelt also recently established a new Research team. With the addition of four new hires, this team connects with clients considering construction or renovation projects to better understand their unique needs and project goals. By leveraging Acoufelt’s extensive experience with past projects, the Research team provides tailored insights and recommendations to guide clients in achieving their visions.
A typical day for the Special Projects team involves staying informed about the latest real estate trends, engaging in meaningful conversations with clients, discussing project details, and collaborating closely with regional teams.
Acoufelt also strengthened its Product team with the addition of Scott Hughes as Director of Product Development. In his pivotal role, Scott will lead the North American team in discovering, researching, and conceptualizing new products and product enhancements. He will collaborate closely with the Acoufelt Leadership Team to define overall product direction and prioritize product types, ensuring alignment with market needs and company goals.
Additionally, the Product team expanded with two in-house renderers who will elevate product visualization. And the Product Design team, the backbone of Acoufelt’s innovative, award-winning solutions led by Jiwon Han, also grew with the addition of two new members. This growth enhances Acoufelt’s capacity to create custom acoustic solutions that address real-world challenges.
Together, the team will play a critical role in developing even more sustainable and flexible products for modern interiors. Their expertise ensures that every product meets and exceeds customer expectations. From products across our four Collections to pioneering innovations like Pendant, Blox, and Waffle, the Product Design team is leading the way in acoustic innovation.
The Design & Engineering team at Acoufelt has expanded with the addition of eight new team members to meet the growing demand for our soft architectural acoustic solutions. This talented group is dedicated to creating detailed drawings and technical documentation, ensuring our products are seamlessly integrated into diverse projects.
By customizing panel layouts, optimizing designs for specific spaces, and collaborating with clients to adapt solutions to their unique needs, the team plays a vital role in bridging the gap between concept and execution. This expansion underscores our commitment to delivering high-quality results as demand for our products continues to rise.
Acoufelt’s two new marketing hires are driving growth by focusing on increasing brand presence through events, improving resources, and fostering deeper connections with customers through engaging content. Together, the team members will spotlight the versatility, style, and sustainability of our acoustic solutions.
“Our goal is to create a stronger connection with our audience by delivering valuable tools,” said Sue Kuzee, Director of Marketing at Acoufelt. “This is an exciting time to join Acoufelt, and we look forward to becoming a bigger presence in the design and architecture community.”
These exciting additions across our departments ensure that Acoufelt stays ahead of trends and continues to deliver excellent service, innovative design, and environmental responsibility. By expanding our team, we’re building the foundation for future growth, creating more opportunities to collaborate, and delivering outstanding acoustic solutions across industries.
We’re thrilled to welcome our new teammates and look forward to their contributions to Acoufelt’s journey. Stay tuned for more updates as we continue to grow, innovate, and partner with the design community to shape the future of acoustic spaces.
