Center for Science in the Public Interest

SoftenUp™ Ceiling System

The design team at Benton Design LLC wanted a stylish design with a full spectrum approach to sound dampening for the Center for Science in the Public Interest offices. Aesthetically, glass conference room walls support natural light and extended sightlines but can at times, be less productive in protecting sound. Benton Design chose Ceiling Baffles to absorb hallway conversations and our SoftenUp™ product for the ceilings of the conference rooms to control sound. Additionally, they chose Fracture Tiles for their touch-down spaces to accommodate private conversations or heads-down work.
